Out Of Time (retro Frame)

Please Note: Due to printing inconsistencies, versions of this card can have either foiling over the entire face of the card or foiling on only the borders of the card, along with foiling color variations for each. You may receive any variation unless specifically noted as a Listing with Photo.

When Out of Time enters the battlefield, untap all creatures, then phase them out until Out of Time leaves the battlefield. Put a time counter on Out of Time for each creature phased out this way.
